Course Description:
This course includes a better understanding of yourself and others as well as the theory, processes and strategies of dealing with other people, particularly when negotiating. Others topics are to understand the characteristics of a negotiation situation and the role of interdependence in negotiating relationships. In this course, we will discuss how to lead a course in negotiation, focusing on both theories and experiential (hands-on) activities that will provide experience in negotiating. So, to learn to negotiate, one must practice negotiating.
