Financial management 2 is the next course of Financial management 1. Base on the principle of finance provided in Financial management 1 such as: Ratio analysis, Bonds and stocks valuation, Working capital and Capital budgeting, Financial management 2 equips students with the advanced knowledge of finance: making long-term investments in risky conditions; choosing the optimal capital structure under the leverage policy and dividend distribution policy; managing working capital and forecasting financial statements, as well as conducting the business restruction by merger and acquisition activity.
