Course Description:
This major provides students with:
- basic knowledge of basis of personal, team and inner organization behaviors.
- these behaviors’ influences on productivity, absence, job transfer and job satisfaction of members in the organization, and on the general performance of organization.
- basis of behaviors so that we can predict behaviors and have an appropriate approach on behaviors of the three components of organization to get high achievement.
In personal behaviors, this major provides knowledge of basis of personal behaviors (biography, character, knowledge, studying), value, job attitude and satisfaction, motivation.
In team behaviors, this major provides factors which have an influence on team-work performance (size, abilities of members, leaders…), communication, leadership, power, conflict resolution.
In organization behaviors, this major provides factors which have an influence on organization’s performance such as organizational structure, culture of organization, and management of change in an organization
