Business value expands the concept of a firm’s value beyond its economic value to include other forms of value such as employee value, customer value, supplier value, channel partner value, alliance partner value, managerial value, and societal value. Many of these forms of value are not directly measured in monetary terms. The goal of this course is to introduce all forms of value that determine the long-term health and well-being of an organization or a business, especially IT firms and to understand how employees impact these forms of value.
