- such fundamental grammar points as sentence structures, adjective clause, noun clause, passive voice.
- basic knowledge of the format, structure, useful language in a request and complaining email as well as how to write a responsive email for these two types of email.
- skills to write every part of a complete essay
- a source of vocabulary and ability to cover all of the above knowledge.
